These Terms of Use govern your use of Psephia, a platform operated by RobTechUK. By accessing or using Psephia, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.
1. About Psephia
Psephia is a platform that allows users to create polls, vote, and engage in discussion. The service is evolving and features may change over time.
2. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that takes place under it.
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You must not share your login details with others.
- You must notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use Psephia in accordance with our Community Guidelines and all applicable laws.
You must not:
- post illegal, harmful, abusive or misleading content;
- impersonate others in a misleading or deceptive way;
- attempt to manipulate polls or platform systems;
- use the platform for fraud, spam or unauthorised promotion; or
- interfere with the security or operation of the service.
4. User content
You are responsible for the content you create, including polls, votes, comments and usernames.
By posting content on Psephia, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and improving the platform.
We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of user-generated content.
5. Moderation and enforcement
We may review, remove or restrict content and accounts at our discretion where we believe these terms or our guidelines have been breached.
We may suspend or permanently ban accounts without notice in serious cases.
6. Availability of the service
We aim to keep Psephia available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be modified, suspended or discontinued at any time.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Psephia and RobTechUK are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, including reliance on user-generated content.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
8. Termination
You may stop using Psephia at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access where necessary, including for breaches of these terms.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the platform means you accept any updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
